ALL LABOUR IS CHARGED IN HALF-HOUR INCREMENTS

* After hours is from 17h00 onwards during the week, weekends and public holidays (at the client's request, but not if we are running

FEE (NO TECHNICIAN REQUIRED):
value less than R5000 - as per standard call-out fee.
Invoice value more than R5000 - no charge.
fee R350. (This includes delivery to the repairer,
obtaining a quote, quoting the client, collecting the
equipment back from the repairer). Charges for
collecting the equipment from site and re-installing the
equipment are as per our normal charges.
NB: Repairers may charge a quote rejection fee -
this is payable by the client.
travel/time rate applies. Any time taken to uninstall or
re-install the equipment on site will be as per standard
